As Managing Director of our precision-machined parts company, Adam leads a skilled management team with a shared commitment to precision, quality, customer service and innovation. He is passionate about adopting new technologies and takes a forward-thinking approach to ensure we stay ahead in a competitive industry, with an ambitious vision for the future.

Adam’s journey began as an apprentice with WMG in 1998, where he specialised in advanced machining technologies and automation. Supporting research into machining new materials and developing cutting-edge processes was an exciting and formative part of his career. In 2011, Adam joined the MTC as Workshop Manager and was proud to be part of the start-up team. There, he built and led a technical team working across a broad range of themes, including automation, metrology, additive manufacturing, tooling and fixturing, and machining.

He thrives on leading teams, helping them succeed, and navigating the challenges our industry presents. He is equally passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers and encouraging them to build rewarding careers – just as he has been fortunate to do.

Outside of work, Adam is a 4-handicap golfer, a grassroots football coach on weekends, and one day, he plans on running the London Marathon.

Marc is responsible for growing a portfolio of customers at Technoset, with a focus on negotiating and overseeing new enquiries, pursuing business opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth and profitability strategies. His role involves identifying new business from both existing and prospective clients, developing processes to improve market share, and managing daily meetings and forums with key stakeholders.

Marc works closely with the management team to ensure accurate and consistent information for quotations while staying informed of industry trends and representing the company at major events.

His career began as a Trainee Estimator for a surface preparation and coatings company, where he supplied quotations before progressing to a Production Controller role and eventually Sales Manager. Following a business takeover and relocation, Marc transitioned into the engineering recruitment industry. Over the course of 23 years, he advanced from Consultant to Business Development Director with a market-leading business.

For the last 13 years, Marc has focused on sales and business development within CNC precision engineering, servicing a range of sectors, most recently aerospace. Since joining Technoset in September 2024, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s market focus, leveraging its full capabilities to drive growth and opportunity.

In his free time, Marc is an avid Sheffield United supporter (when permitted), a keen fair-weather golfer, and an enthusiastic traveller. He particularly enjoys cruising as a way to explore new destinations.

As Production Manager at Technoset, Jason is responsible for ensuring maximum production output from the machines on site while maintaining strict schedule adherence to meet customer demands. He plays a key role in upholding Technoset’s high-quality standards in line with AS9100 accreditation and, above all, ensures his team operates in a safe working environment.
Jason began his management career in 2014 at Rolls-Royce, where he worked as a Supervisor supporting the senior leadership team with the day-to-day operations of the production line. He went on to become a Production Manager at Cummins Engines, a role he held for nearly eight years. There, he led operations on the Blockline, machining engine blocks to tight tolerances and high-quality standards. During his time at Cummins, Jason achieved his Green Belt in Six Sigma and was appointed 5S Champion of his department. He developed and led a high-performing team, united in solving challenges and driving performance.
Jason is particularly passionate about building strong teams, and believes in the value of collaboration to overcome the complexities of modern manufacturing.
In his spare time, Jason is a semi-professional guitarist with over 25 years of experience and holds Luthier certification. He enjoys travelling to the USA, following American football, and working on his BMWs.

Mariana is responsible for creating accurate estimates and detailed production plans for both parts and assemblies. She collaborates closely with all departments to ensure precise cost assessments, efficient production scheduling, and the timely delivery of customer orders.

Mariana holds a higher education qualification in Mass Media Communication, followed by a postgraduate degree in Marketing Communication. After completing her studies, she began her career as an OMS Administrator. Since then, Mariana gained experience in a shared user site through various administrative roles, including Inbound Administrator, Operations Management System Administrator, and Control Clerk.

Outside of work, Mariana is passionate about food and loves to experiment in the kitchen. She also enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and practising calisthenics.
