Senior Quality Engineer, Technoset

Helping lead that commitment is Marzena Sztybrych, whose expertise, attention to detail and calm, methodical approach has already made a significant impact since joining the business as Senior Quality Engineer in 2025.
Marzena’s role spans the full spectrum of quality management at Technoset, including continuous improvement, supplier quality, the Quality Management System and leadership of the general Inspection Team. Working closely with both customers and suppliers, she plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards are maintained across every aspect of the business.
After achieving her master’s degree in 2009, Marzena began building her career within the Quality Assurance sector of engineering, working for a UK-based hydraulic systems OEM. During this time, she developed extensive experience in PPAP documentation, ISIR completion and supplier quality management, supporting demanding engineering and manufacturing environments.
As her career progressed, Marzena stepped into departmental leadership roles, driving continuous improvement initiatives including 5S implementation, GEMBA activities, SOP development and maintaining departmental standards. This combination of technical quality knowledge and operational improvement experience has given her a well-rounded and highly practical approach to engineering quality.

Since joining Technoset, Marzena has quickly become a driving force behind several key quality initiatives across the business. She has successfully led the company’s AS9100D recertification activities, supported numerous customer audits and introduced a range of continuous improvement projects designed to strengthen systems, processes and overall operational performance.
Entering a business with diverse customer requirements and complex quality expectations is never easy, but Marzena has approached every challenge with professionalism and consistency. Her structured problem-solving mindset and focus on corrective action implementation continue to help drive Technoset forward.
