To carry out the programming, setting and operation of Sliding Head CNC Turning Centres in a precision machining environment. This includes NPI and existing program prove-outs, tool setup, in-process inspection, and TPM activities across a wide range of materials.
ReadWorking as part of the Sliding Head Turning team, setting up and operating production runs on our range of swiss type turning machines. Experience in Tonos Gamma’s, Star and Citizen sliding heads with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls is vital. You will be required to complete repeat and NPI set ups through to first off.
ReadWorking as part of the Fixed Head Turning team, setting up and operating production runs on our range of Miyano multi turret and twin spindle machine tools. Monitoring quality and production performance to ensure the highest quality of components are produced at all times. Experience of working with Fanuc machine controls will be vital to this role.
