If you are looking for a precision partner with the capacity, capability and confidence to deliver complex 3-axis milled parts, Technoset is ready to support your next project. Our flexibility when working with our customers, alongside our array of machinery and expertise, sets us apart when it comes to choosing a precision partner. If you want to know more about why you should work with us, please read on.
As part of the Techno Group, we have invested heavily in new machining technology, including two Doosan VC 510 twin table vertical machining centres from DN Solutions. This investment significantly boosts our output and allows us to take on more medium to large components with tight tolerances and demanding specifications.
The VC 510 machines are designed for productivity. With a 40-tool automatic changer and a 10,000 RPM spindle, they machine steel, aluminium and exotic alloys efficiently. The twin-pallet setup means one job runs while the next is prepared, cutting non-productive time and accelerating lead times.
For customers, this means faster turnaround without compromising quality.
Alongside these machines, the Doosan NM500 is a cornerstone of Techno Group’s volume machining capability, delivering high-precision, multi-axis performance for repeatable, cost-effective production. Equipped with a Nikken Rotary A-Axis, a 12,000 RPM spindle and capacity for up to 40 tools, the NM500 combines speed, accuracy and flexibility to meet the demands of modern manufacturing.
Rapid traverse rates of up to 36 metres per minute, efficient chip removal and simplified setup allow faster cycle times and reduced lead times. Intuitive controls, remote monitoring and full digital integration ensure maximum uptime, consistent quality and total control across every job.

Precision is where Technoset stands apart. Serving aerospace, defence, automation and medical sectors, we routinely deliver components with extremely tight tolerances. Advanced chip control and coolant systems ensure excellent surface finishes, even on complex geometries, making these machines ideal for high-mix, low-volume work where accuracy matters.
We operate a comprehensive and highly capable plant designed to support ultra-high precision machining at scale. Our sliding head turning covers diameters from 0.4mm to 32mm, while fixed head turning handles up to 64mm bar feed and 220mm billeting, giving flexibility across complex and volume work. This is supported by advanced machining centres including multi-axis and twin-pallet systems for efficient milling.
Quality is assured through a full suite of inspection and measurement equipment, including CMM, vision systems and surface testing, all managed through MeasurLink digital process control.

Technoset works with a broad range of materials to meet the varied requirements of our clients. Every material we use is fully traceable and rigorously approved, providing reliability and consistency for even the most critical projects.
To support our clients, we have created a detailed guide to the materials we expertly machine, outlining their types, applications and key benefits.

Our 3-axis milling capability is fully supported by vertically integrated services. From sliding and fixed head turning through to multi-axis machining centres and advanced inspection, everything is managed within our digitally connected facility. All work is backed by AS9100 Rev D accredited processes, full material traceability and ultra-high precision CMM inspection.
We machine a wide range of materials including aluminium, steel alloys, titanium, nickel alloys, copper-based materials and engineering plastics, giving you flexibility across diverse applications.
