Techno Group has taken delivery of two new Doosan VC 510 twin table vertical machining centres from DN Solutions, helping to bolster our machining capabilities and output. As a result, Techno Group will now be able to take on more complex, tight-tolerance jobs for customers across several different industries.
With a 40-tool automatic changer and 10,000 RPM spindle, these machines make quick work of steel, aluminium and exotic alloys. They will allow Techno Group to minimise non-cut setup times and maximise production. While a job is running on one table, Techno Group’s technicians can set up the next job on the second pallet. This combination of minimised setups and maximum cutting time is a game changer for efficiency and lead times.
