At Technoset, we offer a full spectrum of machining and inspection capabilities to meet your precise needs. Our facility boasts four multi-axis machining centres and 16 fixed and sliding head turning machines for versatile and efficient production. Quality is ensured with two CMMs for detailed inspection, complemented by ultrasonic and conventional component washing.
Our in-house services include bespoke assembly, dry bead grit blasting, polishing, spin deburring and tumbling. We also partner with experts to provide heat treatment, surface treatment, laser cutting, sheet metal work, welding, fabrication, water jet cutting, laser part marking, painting, anodising, plating, and oxide blackening.
