A recent starter at Techno Group, Joseph only began his apprenticeship in September. As part of his apprenticeship, he is currently undertaking a 26-week placement at the AMTC in Coventry. There, he will gain more experience on the machines he will be working on with Techno Group.
He will return to Techno Group in the summer of 2022, where he hopes to learn more skills on the factory floor and work alongside a strong team.
