Technoset’s reputation is built on the exceptional quality of machined components produced at our manufacturing site in Rugby. Quality assurance is central to everything we do, with our primary goal being to achieve first-time accuracy while maintaining AS9100 standards.

As a make-to-print organisation, we manufacture components to meet exact customer specifications. In the rare event of an error, we apply a rigorous root cause analysis and monitor process capability to ensure continuous improvement and maintain our focus on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Our commitment to quality is supported by dedicated departments, including a goods-inwards inspection team that upholds quality standards at every stage. Our quality technicians are equipped with the latest computerised production and logistical control systems, along with a comprehensive range of gauges and manual measuring tools. These include non-contact measuring systems capable of achieving 1-micron precision.

We utilise cutting-edge equipment such as a high-precision vision system from OGP, which enables us to tackle even the most challenging measurement requirements. This is complemented by a shadowgraph and a co-ordinate measuring machine, ensuring the highest levels of precision. To maintain control and accessibility of our findings, we rely on a robust gauge calibration database, keeping all data organised and easily accessible.

Technoset’s comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to be process-based, user-friendly and highly accessible. This system seamlessly integrates all aspects of our business operations, enabling us to consistently meet and exceed customer quality expectations and fulfil the requirements of our accreditations. We proudly hold AS9100C Rev D aerospace quality accreditation and BS EN ISO 9001 certification.

Our QMS is continuously monitored by an independent auditor and regularly updated to incorporate process improvements and adapt to evolving industry standards.

We are also proud to have achieved the bronze certificate in Supply Chain for the 21st Century (SC21). This recognition highlights Technoset’s ongoing commitment to delivering innovation, through-life solutions, and competitiveness for our customers.
